General Cancellation Policy: 15 days prior to arrival cancel by 4 p.m.
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or packages. Please check individual listings too.

50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Any changes prior to 30 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. No pets and no smoking

What is provided at Check In?
In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. (Subject to change without notice)
